THE ELF COMPANIES
ELF Woodworking,
with its founding principal, Edward L. Francabandiero, has been
involved with the development of new and rehabilitated construction
since its inception in 1989. Since then, we've
provided construction and development management services to public,
private, and non-profit organizations seeking quality workmanship
and professionalism. In that time, ELF Woodworking has become a
leader in setting industry standards of quality workmanship.
In 2003, we decided
to separate the fine woodworking and cabinetry
end of the business from the
new home
construction business. In the process of doing this, ELF Custom
Builders, Inc. was formed to handle the new home and
construction business.
ELF Woodworking, which in
addition to its ability to design and build hand-crafted cabinetry
for kitchens, bathrooms and library/den-type rooms, is a dealer for
Kountry Kraft, a top-of-the-line manufacturer of fine
cabinetry.
ELF Custom Builders, Inc., which
specializes in the construction of new homes and in the major
rehabilitation and expansion of existing homes, was formed to meet the rising demand for the
custom home market in and surrounding Dutchess County, NY. In addition to building custom homes,
ELF Custom
Builders, Inc. offers the following services:
As well as
building custom homes for owners and rehabilitating and expanding
existing homes for owners, Edward Francabandiero is a partner in
Jameson Partners II, LLC,
a
development group that acquires land then builds and sells high-end
homes in the areas surrounding Rhinebeck and Millbrook, located
approximately 100 miles north of New York City.
